8teenies is one of those teen sites that does the "barely legal" thing really well. The clue's probably in the fact that they use the word "teenies" rather than "teens", and that the girls are Eastern European. The girls are of course all over 18, but the site does a good job of "pushing the envelope".

But as I've said in many previous teen posts, I like it when the girls are made not to look younger, but older. The blonde in this gallery is a case in point. We're not seeing an exploited teen in pigtails; instead we're given a glimpse into the kind of things she fantasizes about, and the kind of woman she will become. She seems to like the luxury she's surrounded by here, and she seems to like the fact that, underneath her mature-looking dress, she's wearing nothing save for a little black thong. And even that has to come off.
